Prototype flow: edit manual fields, capture consent, preview, then submit.

1) Staff Inputs

Visibility Mode Vanity Slug (required for public) Allow phone number on public card Allow office location on public card

This simulates the manager approval action normally performed from a Power Automate approval email/Teams card.

Decision Notes (required when rejecting)

Immutable consent/approval history, latest submission, and publish state transitions are stored in local browser storage for this prototype.

Simulates internal and public endpoints with visibility checks and safe public defaults.
